Privacy Policy

This page explains how TriNine handles data. TriNine is a game in development (v0.1): this policy will evolve with its features.

Data stored on your device

TriNine is first and foremost an offline game: all your progress is kept locally, in the app’s database on your device. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to the publisher. It includes:

  • your spirit collection and the cards you own;
  • your active deck (15 cards);
  • your lost cards and discovered cards;
  • your credits (the Cards Keeper’s wallet);
  • the game in progress and its progression;
  • your settings (language, sounds…) and tutorial progress.

None of this data is linked to your real identity or used for advertising purposes.

Cloud save (optional) — Google Play Games

If you sign in to your Google account through Google Play Games Services, TriNine can store a copy of your progress in the cloud — Google’s “Saved Games” feature. You are never required to enable it: the game works fully offline.

This backup contains the same data as your local progress. It is stored by Google in your account, so you can recover your progress after reinstalling the game or on another device.

Sign-in and storage are entirely handled by Google. The publisher runs no server, never sees your password and does not see your identity: only the content of the backup is synced. This processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

You can stop the sync at any time (sign out in the game settings) or delete the cloud save from your Google account — for example via the Google Play Games page.

Advertising — Google AdMob

The game includes advertising served by Google AdMob: rewarded ads (watch a video to earn credits from the Cards Keeper) and, occasionally, interstitial ads between matches.

AdMob is a Google service. Google may collect and process data — including your device’s advertising ID, IP address and usage data — to serve, measure and, depending on your choices and applicable law, personalise ads. This processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy and the AdMob rules.

This data is not used by the publisher to identify you personally. You can manage your preferences through Google’s ad settings or reset your device’s advertising ID in its Android settings.

Permissions requested

TriNine only asks for the following permissions:

  • Internet: to load ads and use the cloud save;
  • Network state: to know whether a connection is available.

No other permission is requested: no location, contacts, microphone, camera or access to your photos.

No TriNine account, no collection by the publisher

TriNine does not create its own account: it never asks for your name, e-mail address or profile. The publisher does not collect, store or consult any personal data about you, and no game data is sent to a publisher server.

No data is sold or shared with third parties, apart from the Google services mentioned above (Play Games and AdMob), which act under their own responsibility. The publisher includes no additional analytics or tracking tools in the game.

Children

TriNine is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us (see the “Contact” section) so it can be deleted.

Retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling it, or using “clear data” from the Android settings, deletes it permanently.

The cloud save remains linked to your Google account. You can delete it from the Google Play Games page (see the “Cloud save” section).

Security

Local data is stored in the app’s private area on your device, accessible only by TriNine. Exchanges with Google services (cloud save, advertising) are encrypted. No system is infallible, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Future changes and online multiplayer

The game is in development and its roadmap includes an online multiplayer mode. If that mode involved new processing (account, username, game server), this page would be updated before its release.
